Thanks to a custom data compression algorithm, AdRem Lite Console allows you to access the server console remotely even in extremely overloaded wide area networks or via modem. Since it uses NCP protocol which can be run over IPX or TCP/IP, it may operate in various configurations.

No server-side installation

Litecon does not require installation on the server. Instead, suitable NLM modules are installed automatically (if necessary) while establishing a connection with the server.

Compatibility

AdRem Lite Console is an independent protocol and runs on both IPX and TCP/IP. It connects with servers using an NCP connections, automatically using the right network protocol. It is compatible with all the NetWare platforms, including Novell NetWare 4.11, NW 5.x and NW 6.x.
